My personal goal is to create a trustworthy relationship with my clients. Before this relationship starts, it is up to you to determine whether my services are a good match for you. This is why any initial discussions about consulting or professional development are provided at no charge.

 

Getting Started
First, lets work together by discussing what you want out of my services and what I can do to help you achieve any goals or visions you currently have in place. This decision process is critical for both sides to determine if we are the right fit for one another. After the initial conversations, we can go into more detail of consultation plans that would fit your needs.

 

Costs
Costs of consultation vary depending on multiple factors such as travel distance and organization size. Most consultations have a daily rate for on-site visitations combined with travel costs and off-site services. The Platinum Consultation is an annual 12 month contract offering administrative services that is required year round, which has a flat rate depending on organization size and excludes any travel and off-site services costs.Professional Development Workshops follow the same lines as the consultations that include a daily rate with travel and accommodation costs added in depending on length of sessions, and the number of sessions requested.Travel costs are a portion of all on-site visitations and are invoiced separately from the consultation services. Any on-site visitations that extend (including travel time) past 10 PM for the scheduled visitation day will incur an additional charge added as a percentage to the consultation services invoice.Billing typically occurs on a monthly basis on the first of the month barring a disaster of sorts.

 

 

Cancellations
From time to time, schedules change due to circumstances outside of the control of any typical human being. This is understandable and to be expected. I simply ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or workshop for any reason, please notify me via phone or email at least 20 days in advance. Anything after that time will be invoiced for 35% of the contracted fee plus any travel costs that have already been incurred for services.
